When a client requests human resource recommendations, the consultants in charge search our database and inform appropriate individuals of possible recruitment and support (by telephone)
Step 03 Consultant
Interview
Consultants meet with professionals interested in the offered position, and thoroughly assess their suitability
Step 04 Candidate
Recommendation
When candidates are considered to be right for the position, the consultants in charge send a record of their interview and recommendations to the client.
Step 05 Client
Interview
The consultants in charge schedule interviews between the client and their chosen candidates, whist supporting the interview process
Step 06 Selection/
Negotiation
When the client chooses a final candidate, they enter into negotiations concerning terms of employment, salary, rank/position, and date of hiring
Step 07 Follow-up
Management
After the employee is hired, consultants provide support and assistance so that the new employee can better adapt to the tasks and the company as a whole
