[외국계 장비회사] Field Service Manager

담당업무 •Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained with data integrity.
•Schedules personnel responding to critical situations in a timely way to
achieve customer satisfaction.
•Maintains communication with design management and specialists in
resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the design
department’s attention.
•Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient
operation of the function.
•Typically manages activities of two or more groups through subordinate
managers who exercise full supervision in terms of costs, methods, and
staffing. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
organization′s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include
interviewing, hiring, and training employees; project planning, assigning,
and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining
employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. In some
instances this manager may be responsible for managing staff function and
may not have subordinate managers.
•Support Sales in promoting service contracts and service products to help
capture service revenue.
•Protects ESI business interest and loyalty among FSEs and with
customers and win back customers.
•Updates and provides weekly report on work accountability and works with
other departments to coordinate and resolve difficult issues to closure.
• Other duties may be assigned.
자격요건 Education and Experience
Bachelor's, Master's, or PHD or equivalent; or up to 8 years of related
experience, including 5 to 8 years management experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Master's degree and/or
applicable Certification is preferred.

Special Skills and Abilities
•Strong English communication, reading and writing skills.
•To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good reporting
skills, excellent phone and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and
PowerPoint).
•Works with integrity and ethically and is able to inspire the trust of others.
•Strong business, analytic, interpersonal, and communication skills
•Motivated, self-driven, positive approach to problem solving with the ability
to movitate Field Service Engineers.
•Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high tech environment.
