담당업무 1) Business Development
 Responsible for proactively working with customers to increase their
revenue growth through developing and implementing business
development strategies aimed at achieving business outcomes such as
customer leads, introductions, non-commercial outcomes and deals
 Proactively broker large scope business outcomes which are high in
complexity and stakeholder importance
 Manage solutions to meet business and market needs
 Contribute to the development and/or amendment of strategies and
business models as required
 Ensure a thorough understanding of customer value propositions,
business models, capabilities, and market need
2) Customer Engagement
 Responsible for in-market relationships with allocated portfolio of NZ
companies
 Work towards the delivery of NZTE engagement plans in conjunction with
Customer Managers
 Ensure all relevant information is distributed accurately and timely to
relevant stakeholders
 Ensure up-to-date information is distributed stored through relevant
systems
 Manage key relationships and engages in multi-partied, complex,
sensitive/highly confidential and political initiatives which have a high
impact and involve complex decision making
3) Market Research
 Responsible for scanning market environments and providing quantitative
and qualitative research which delivers business intelligence
 Provide strategic advice and insight based on market research.
 Produce reports and presentations for senior managers as required
 Challenge conventional thinking and provide original and innovative
insight as required.
 Support customers in their business and regulatory decision making
across a range professional services functions including: Accounting,
Commercial Law, Finance and Human Resources
4) Stakeholder/Network Management
 Responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining strategic
networks and relationships with appropriate internal and external
stakeholders
 Strategically establish stakeholder networks in relevant industries and
maintain records as appropriate.
 Plans, attends and constructively contributes to meetings between key
stakeholders and contacts
 Responsible for providing insight into cultural issues and business
practices to reduce cultural barriers to entry
5) Project Management
 Responsible for the delivery of high impact and in-market projects and
activities using appropriate project management methodology as required.
 Accountable for event and mission planning and implementation
 Strategically leverages business outcomes for NZ companies through the
opportunities presented by missions and events
 Scope, plan and allocate resources to commissioned work for customers
6) Professional Behaviour
 Work collaboratively as part of NZTE. This requires the incumbent to be
decisive and thought provoking but to also accept collective responsibility for
decisions taken
 Promote the Values and Goals for NZTE including good employer
principles and practices and high standards of integrity, ethics and
behaviour in all operations of the business
 Support a focus on contributing to the Government’s goals including
growing an inclusive innovative economy for the benefit of all; improving
New Zealanders’ skills, meeting Treaty of Waitangi obligations and
protecting the environment
 Prepare reports and strategy papers for the Lead Team, the Board and
Ministers, draft ministerial responses, briefing papers and responses to
parliamentary questions, meeting NZTE’s Plain English Standard.
자격요건 - Commercial business related experience preferably in the private sector
- Highly networked individual with valuable contacts relevant to NZ export
development
- 5-10+ years commercial business related experience preferably in the
private sector
- Ideally, experience or exposure to a consulting environment
- Account management experience which required building and maintaining
lasting relationships with high value customers with proven results in
customer satisfaction and the achievement of KPI’s
- Tertiary qualification in related field supplemented with professional
training and potentially post graduate education
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the local business environment
and economic issues and trends
- Strong written/verbal communication skills in English and local language
- High computer literacy with competence using the Microsoft Office suite
and experience using Customer Relationship Management software or
equivalent tools
