상세 내용

담당업무 - Provide support in creating effective business organization and functions
- Provide report to business and HR leaders for the designated business
divisions and functions
- Define HR needs based on business strategies and directions
- Involve various HR initiatives related to hiring, compensation, benefits and
internal mobilities
- Solve any employee related issues with business and demonstrate
expertise in labor laws or HR compliance fields
- Work with global HR/HRBP teams in order to create strong HRBP
capabilities across Molex and Koch
- Participate in new implementing HRIS and other global projectsLanguage
자격요건 Must
- More than 5 years of working experience as HRBP
- Strong strategic view when solving issues
- Basic knowledge related to C&B, labor law and employment
- Strong Business Acumen with dealing with business leaders
- Work experiences in the other HR areas such as Payroll, C&B, HR

- Korean : Native level
- English : Business level
