상세 내용

담당업무 Responsible for the whole Compensation & Benefits
Plan, design and implement compensation programs and policies that are
up to date and competitive with market standard.
Ensure that the compensation programs and policies are in compliance
with company policies and government regulations
Provide strategic inputs and feedbacks to stakeholders to improve
compensation related programs.
Manage projects such as program design, analysis, budgeting, survey
analysis, etc.
Participate in Salary Survey and analysis external market changes with
regard to compensation and salary increase trend to make sure that the
company compensation program is competitive in the job market
Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation related policies and
recommend improvement plans.
자격요건 Undergraduate degree from a well-respected university or above.
Business fluent in Korean and English skills
At least 7 years experiences in C&B position out of over 11 years
experiences in HR
